Miliaire pulmonaire
Le diagnostic différentiel d'une miliaire radiologique sur un téléthorax inclut :
Origine afébrile :
- Tuberculose miliaire
- Miliaire TBC/fongique chez l'immunodéprimé
- Histoplasmose
- Sarcoidose
- Pneumoconiose
- Carcinome broncho alvéolaire
- Sidérose pulmonaire
- Dissémination hématogène de cancers primitifs : thyroide, rein, trophoblaste, sarcomes
- Bécégite
- Méningothéliomatose pulmonaire diffuse
- Protéinose alvéolaire pulmonaire
Origine fébrile :
- TBC, fongique, nocardiose, salmonella
- Pneumonie d'hypersensibilité
